Beta status
Colophon is in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and we'll do our best to give notice before any change that affects how you already use it. The service is provided "as is" during this period, without uptime guarantees.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Users under 16 require a parent or guardian's consent to create an account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You own what you write and the TWFF files it produces. We don't claim any rights over your documents or exported sessions, and you can export or delete them at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Colophon to misrepresent someone else's writing process, attempt to circumvent its privacy protections, or interfere with the service for other users.
Fees
Individual and beta Educator use is free, per the current pricing page. Institutional pricing is agreed separately in writing.
Termination
You can stop using Colophon and request account/data deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where FIRL is based.
Changes to these terms
